Relax and unwind with an hour of yoga on our scenic rooftop patio!

(PLEASE NOTE that masks are required over the nose and mouth AT ALL TIMES while in the library. Failure to comply will result in removal from the building.)
Yoga In Our City (YIOC) is building stronger, more compassionate communities with a deep understanding of the natural connections between yoga philosophy and social justice. The organization provides professional, accessible and inclusive programming to all by emphasizing sustainable movement and a trauma-informed approach. They recognize yoga as an aspect of public health and community wellness rather than a luxury commodity and acknowledge, appreciate and respect the historical and philosophical roots of yoga while actively working to minimize cultural appropriation as they translate yoga teaching to contemporary times.
NHFPL is partnering with YIOC to bring you Fresh Air Flow. Every Wednesday in August, join us on the patio at 6:30 PM for an hour of yoga. We welcome everyone to practice — all ages, sizes, and abilities. YIOC's teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging and consent is their priority. They do not offer hands-on assists and avoid any physical touch. You can expect a beginner and all-levels friendly class. We hope to see you there!
