The app is convoluted and confusing. May buttons are hidden or unlabeled. There's no flow so it's hard to know where you are in the app or how to get to what you want. It tries to be cute more than functional. Searching for audiobooks is tedious, requiring constant Forward and back navigating. Search results won't allow you to filter out books you've already listened to. Books in a series are only partially identified. The app is never improved or updated.

Since the last update Libby no longer downloads books, which is extremely inconvenient. Navigating wishlist is a pain, with way too many steps and getting reset to the top of the list if you leave that main page. Requesting new books is an even bigger pain. Books have disappeared off my wishlist. Browsing for books takes way too much time now. The back button takes you to the main page instead of back. I can't believe we went from overdrive to this.

I have no words to describe how happy and excited I am. This app is still absolutely fantastic. Edit: Just hoping they can allow us to ask more copies of books or audiobooks if there's not enough for many who are interested in the same book. The only issue I have is they don't save your place in the audiobooks, even after returning it, and then loaning it again. They do that for the books, just not the audio books.
