Learn about the health of the Bay, how it impacts our health, and how we can improve things for all Chesapeake Bay watershed members. Walter Boynton & Larry Polsky will talk about how ecological changes threaten both wildlife and humans.
Some of these changes are the direct result of excessive additions of nutrients to the Bay and climate warming brought on by industrial greenhouse gases. Wildlife is threatened by oxygen depletion and other factors while humans are at risk due to the increase in harmful organisms such as vibrio and algae blooms.
Learn what you can do to improve the overall health of the Bay and protect your health.
There will be time for Q&A.
